His early experience of research in developing countries, without a basis of established statistics, has developed a capability to work from first principles, with emphasis on sample design and market modelling. Clients have included the US government, Hong-Kong government, Esso, Shell, Reuters, BAT and Dow-Jones. He has a wealth of experience in both large corporations and small companies and has also been involved with many ventures and founded several of his own companies. She held various positions within the sales organisation such as Territory sales rep, IBM Nordic Year 2000 Manager for Small and Medium Businesses, which included responsibility for developing the coverage model, implementation and sales coaching for a Nordic sales force and Channel Management through which IBM drives a substantial part of their business. Then as Client Business Partner Manager for IBM’s largest Nordic Partner, WM-data she designed and implemented the business strategy and had overall responsibility for the sales results. She then moved to WM-data where she was involved in building a channel management strategy for WM-data and their strategic partners, as well as continuing to work with the relationship with IBM and implementing a training plan and mentoring the sales force and coaching them on an ongoing basis. Heléne Wetterskog has over 16 years experience of strategic marketing in Sweden and internationally. After graduating from IHM Business School with a marketing and economics degree she has held a number of Marketing Manager and Director positions in the IT sector. She worked with sales and marketing to make sure that they do not work in isolatin but as a “team”. She has experience of both SMEs and large corporations and understands the differing issues and processes involved. She understands how to drive marketing within a small, medium and large organisations and how fundamental a solid sales and marketing strategy is to the long term success of the business whatever its size. She has worked for Intergraph, IBM, Philips and TenFour. She has extensive experience of Business Development and Marketing and understands how to drive marketing in a changing environment. Her wealth of experience in Business Development and Marketing make her a prime candidate for projects involving both planning and implementation of marketing and communication strategies, as well as turning them into sales strategies. |
